Using our custom developed Active Campaign CRM, we have automated their enrolment process:

This allowed us to map their enrolment funnel to give the business executives a clear view of their sales funnel and incoming enrolments.
Having automations and templates in place has conservatively saved each Centre 4 hours per week (4 x 16 centres x 4 weeks = 256 hours per month) in SAVED labour costs and increased productivity.

Lastly we built a proprietary data warehouse using Google Big Query to link online marketing campaigns with offline enrolments tracked through the CRM.

Based on the information requirements you have for every new lead and customer, we will map the custom fields in the CRM.
Data migration from your existing platform
Our team will transition all your data (customer lists, automated campaigns, email history) from your legacy systems into your new CRM.
Invite your team to the platform
We’ll setup each of your team members as users in the platform, tailoring access with different permission levels as required (for example, only provide access for manager at a specific location to their sales pipeline).
Setup your sales pipeline
We create a custom sales pipeline that is tailored to your sales process. This allows you to quickly view all leads by pipeline stage, quickly showing potential revenue in the pipeline and actions to take.
Integration of forms on website
We’ll setup all of your enquiry and conversion forms on your website and sales page to integrate new lead data straight into your CRM. This setup also enables on-site tracking so that you can see every lead’s interaction with your website over time.
Setup automated tasks and deals
We then create all the required tasks that will be automated in the system. For example, a new lead comes in and we have a task that creates a new Dead in the sales pipeline, assigns it to the sales manager, and creates a task for the sales manager to assign the deal to a salesperson.
Develop marketing automation campaigns
Now we’ll develop the marketing automation campaigns we mapped out in your Planning Workshop. Common campaigns include lead nurture sequences, sales processes, customer onboarding series, review and referral requests.
