As we ramped up marketing, the increased lead flow put pressure on the manual sales processes, so we worked closely with their sales team to design & implement Zoho CRM.
In the process we took their entire manual sales process from MYOB invoicing system (which required an additional headcount to manage), to a streamlined system developing a custom sales and invoicing platform within Zoho CRM.
We then connected Zoho CRM to Xero using Workato integrations to support their accounting needs.
We then integrated a Call Tracking solution across all marketing channels and on-site chat, directly into the CRM, to provide visibility on the source of leads and sales.
This has enabled a true Cost per Acquisition so that each marketing channel can be held accountable to ROI.
